Do you offer SSH or Telnet access?

Yes and no, we can offer SSH access for our clients that are on our Linux shared hosting accounts, but only allow them on a case by case basis due to our high security standards. We also offer Key Authentication, this can be enabled by putting your public key into the ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file. Please make sure when using key authentication to change the permissions to: chmod 700 ~/.ssh and chmod 600 ~/.ssh/authorized_keys

We do not offer Telnet access in our shared hosting environment due to security procedures in place. Our high security standards include Department of Homeland Airport Information Security compliance and SAS 70 Type II auditing compliance (for storing highly sensitive and confidential government and health care data). You may access either one you choose, including RDP if you have a co-locate and/or dedicated server with us.
