If you experience one of the following, your web pages are blank, you are getting an Internal Server Error, infinite page redirection errors, or your pages are not working correctly and they may have worked on other servers; then this usually can be fixed using the instructions below. There could also be other reasons why its not working such as invalid entries in the .htaccess file, but usually if you are using wordpress, joomla or drupal and have followed their instructions on getting it working and it is still not, then try the following.

1. Login into your FTP account using an FTP program
2. Modify your .htaccess file in the html folder and add the following line. If you do not have an .htaccess file in the html folder, create a new blank file named .htaccess and add the following line:

RewriteBase /

This should fix the issue, if it doesn't, then submit a new support ticket, call us or re-read your web app instructions to make sure you have followed all the necessary steps, if any step calls you to modify the httpd.conf, then instead modify the .htaccess file.

If you already have a .htaccess file in your html folder and it has the line:
# RewriteBase /
Then remove the # (pound/number) sign from the front so it reads the same as above and that will fix it.
