What advanced settings are available for HTTP Pull CDN Resources?

IP Access

Modify a rule for access of any content of the resource for a range of IP addresses.

o   Access Policy – select Disabled to switch off a rule; otherwise switch between Allow by default/Block by default.

o   IP Addresses – input IP address(es) for the access policy

Country Access

Modify a rule for access of any content of the resource for a country(ies).

o   Access Policy – select Disabled to switch off a rule; otherwise switch between Allow by default/Block by default.

o   Countries – select a country for the rule. To select more than one country – hold Ctrl during selections.

Hotlink Policy

Prevent web users from hotlinking to your CDN files.

o   Hotlink Policy – select Disabled to switch off a hotlink policy; otherwise switch between Allow by default/Block by default.

Exact URL is needed, wildcards are not supported.

URL Signing

Protect your files from unauthorized access with a key and optionally an expiration time. A signed URL looks like `http://example.com/filename?hash=DMF1ucDxtqgxwYQ==`.

o   Enable URL Signing – tick this checkbox to enable it

o   URL Signing Key – input the key, which will be used for URL signing

Cache expiry

o   Cache expiry – set the file cache expiry time in minutes.

Password

o   Enable Password – tick this checkbox to restrict access to the resource (cdn hostname).

o   Unauthorized HTML – input the text which will be displayed of unauthorized login.

o   Username – input username.

o   Password – input password for the user.

Secondary CDN Hostname

o   You are capable of adding up to 7 Secondary CDN hostnames with the same origin. User can take advantage of parallel download to speed up page loading speed.

Pseudo Streaming

o   Enable FLV Pseudo Streaming - Tick this checkbox to enable FLV pseudo streaming

o   Enable MP4 Pseudo Streaming - Tick this checkbox to enable MP4 pseudo streaming

Ignore Set Cookies

o   Tick this checkbox to ignore set cookies response headers from the origin server(s)

Nginx Settings

o   Limit Rate - limit the speed of any one request of a CDN resource. Thisis not a limit across the whole CDN resource but a limit per request.

o   Limit Rate (after) - limit the speed of any one request of a CDN resource. Thisis not a limit across the whole CDN resource but a limit per request.

o   Read Time out/Connect Time out - Time out setting of a CDN resource when it connects to its origin. A lower timeout allows quicker recovery from a dead origin, but at the same time it will be more sensitive to performance fluctuation.

o   Cache Key - set a cache key, which is how a request is stored and looked up in a cache.
